Are You Hungry for Grilled Tuscan Buttered Shrimp..........See Recipe below!

For your convenience we have two propane barbeque grills available for your usage.   

  • Grilling utensils are hanging beside each grill.
  • An extra propane tank is next to each grill. If the propane tank runs out, call the gatehouse for assistance.
  • Both grills are located on the pool deck.
  • Staff cleans the grill daily and deep clean grills weekly. 

REMINDERS:

Keep children away from hot surfaces; use at your own risk!

To save propane, please turn off the burners and close the handle on top of the propane after you have finished.

Use the scrubby brush hanging on the grill to loosen food stuck to the grill surface.

Leave the fabric cover off the grill to give the grill surface time to cool down, we will put the cover back on in the morning.

RECIPE FOR  GRILLED TUSCAN BUTTER SHRIMP

                                    IN FOIL PACKETS

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

4 tbsp. melted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Salt and ground black pepper

Pinch crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 c. heavy cream

1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish

Thinly sliced basil, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. In a large bowl, toss shrimp, tomatoes, melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning together. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. 
  2. Cut 4 large pieces of foil about 10” long and divide shrimp between each. Pour about 1 tablespoon cream over each packet and top with Parmesan. Fold foil packets crosswise to completely cover shrimp, then roll sides to seal packet. 
  3. Place foil packets on grill and cook until shrimp is cooked through and tomatoes are just starting to burst, 10 minutes. 
  4. Top with more Parmesan and basil before serving.
